One Year Anniversary

Today is my one year Blog-ivesary! 30+ posts later, lots of photos, and a quite a few comments!
So.......I am thinking about having a give away of some fun things I've been working on....in the line of jewelery, flowers, cards, etc.
But, I need to know if there would be any interest......So, tell your friends, and leave a comment letting me know what you think about this idea.

First photos might seem like photos of a new baby, but these photos are actually the first ones I took with my new camera.

The color is absolutely amazing, and I LOVE the depth of field.

Susanna is always a cute model, but I think this is one of the best photo shoots we've ever done!

Sarah & Madison | Sisters

About 2 months ago, I had the chance to photograph two cute sisters.....they are piano students of mine, very prim and proper, and I really enjoy both of them.
They live out on a farm with various photographic possibilities, so we decided have our photo shoot at their house!
We had a fun time (even though it was SUPER windy) and I was delighted to capture them.

Michael | Senior 2011

This spring, I had the pleasure of taking one of my good friend's senior photos. It had been 50 weeks since my last senior shoot, so I was pumped and ready to shoot again!
And, we had a fabulous time together, looking for unusual nooks and crannies to use!
Michael and I have done school together since kindergarten, and 2 1/2 weeks ago we finished high school with the best graduation ever....no bias...(well maybe the teeniest, tiniest, little bit)

Michael has many different interests and it will be exciting to see where the Lord leads him in this next chapter of his life.

Today is my 18th birthday......So far, I don't feel a difference, but technically I am not 18 until 11:50 p.m. (I'm all about the technicalities of life--Smile!)
I am amazed how the days, months, years start to fly as you get older......I've been driving for 2 years and it seems like yesterday when I was about 13, asking Mom and Dad when I could start to drive.
The Lord has been so good to me and my family......I'm grateful for every breath He gives me.
Would you pray for me as I look toward the future with some uncertainty about the events but certainty about who the Master coordinator is and how He plans everything perfectly to His glory.
